To participants

  1. About receptionist

    We will set up an academic reception in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex Tower 5th Floor Prince Hall Foyer.

    Reception time:Wednesday 16th May, 2018 8:30-18:00
    Thursday 17th May, 2018 8:30-14:30

    Those who participate in the conference must be accepted. Please accept reception at academic meeting within the above time.

  2. Program / Abstract Book

    We will hand out the program / abstract collection at the reception.
    If you wish to purchase the second book or later, you will be charged. (We will charge 2,000 yen per book)

  3. About recording, recording and photo shooting

    We will refuse photographs, video recordings and voice recordings in the venue strictly.
    If you can not keep the rules, you may be forced to leave.

  4. Contact between academic participants and use of mobile phones

    As a general rule we will not make calls in the venue. The use of mobile phones in the lecture hall is troublesome for other participants, so please disconnect or set the manner mode and do not call.

  5. About food and drink

    Please refrain from drinking and eating outside the designated place.

  6. About cloak

    Accommodation Same floor hotel Please use existing cloak.
    You can not store valuables or umbrellas. Please bring valuables and umbrellas with 1F umbrella stand.
    Opening time of the cloak is 16th AM 8:30 ~ PM 20:30 17 days AM 8:30 ~ PM 16:00. Please accept luggage within the time.

  7. About smoking

    All within the academic hall are non smoking. If you are smoking please use the hotel designated smoking area.

  8. About parking lot

    There is no parking lot service for conference participants. Please use public transportation as much as possible. If you come by car unavoidably, please use the parking lot of the hotel or a nearby general parking lot.Please pay the expenses yourself.

  9. Other

    To make it a meaningful academic meeting for all participants, please refrain from nuisances.

About registration

Congestion is expected at the reception on the day, so please register in advance in advance.

Prior registration will be closed on Friday, April 20 at 12 o'clock.

At The 106th Congress of Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery, we will confirm the presence or absence of participation registration when entering the venue. Because you will hold your participation card on entry and exit, those who are not registered can not enter.

Submission Form

※1 Full members who have paid annual membership fee for the last five years by March 31, 2018 will be held on Wednesday, May 16. You can participate in the reception party free of charge. Applicable regular members do not need to apply for a social gathering party or make payment.

※2 The enrollment procedure is completed by March 31, 2018, and the annual membership fee is limited to those who can confirm payment. Members accompanying general members must register as non-members.

(We will send you a Participation Certificate from the secretariat in order to the corresponding regular member, accompanied by the regular member who applied at the same time.)

※Regarding the participation fee you paid, we will not refund for any reason, so please be forewarned.
