Guide to Chairperson / Presenter
To the chairperson and the performer
At the reception of the chairperson / performer, please accept reception and a chestnut.
If you are a chairperson, please be at the next chair seat in the venue 15 minutes before the start of your lecture.
If you are a speaker, please accept the presentation data at the PC Center.

Equipment used
PC will be prepared at the secretariat. The PC you prepare at the secretariat is Windows PC. OS has installed PowerPoint 2007 or later on Windows 10, please prepare data to operate properly in this environment. If you have created data on Macintosh, please announce it using your own PC.

Procedure for preparing presentation data

The secretariat will prepare a PC with Windows version of PowerPoint 2007 or later installed. Data other than this format (other software) may cause problems such as garbled characters or not being displayed.

Please use only fonts that are standard equipment of OS (Windows 10). MS Mincho, MS Gothic, Meiryo, Times New Roman, Arial are recommended.

Please write the created announcement data in USB memory and bring it.

Be sure to set the created USB memory on a PC other than the PC created beforehand and confirm that the presentation data can be read.

The resolution of the projector screen prepared at the venue is XGA (1024 × 768). Please note that the surroundings of the slide will be cut if it is larger than this size.

If there are reference files such as movies, please put all data in the same folder.
Please have movie files that can be played back with codecs included in the initial state of Windows 10 and Windows Media Player 12 or later (We recommend WMV format for files). Although PowerPoint 2010 and later have a function to embed movie files in PowerPoint, please bring with them a single movie file just in case.
※ For presentations on general subjects, please refrain from playing video and audio.

Acceptance of presentation data
Please prepare the presentation data with USB memory and bring it to "PC Center" located on the 6th floor of the hall. The opening hours of the PC Center are from 8:30 in the morning. Please present your teacher at 8:30 in the session from 9:00 in the morning. Please bring other teachers by 45 minutes before the start of the session. Acceptance with other media is not possible. Please follow the above 2. Presentation Data Creation Procedure "to create the data.
Also, please understand that PC acceptance and slide confirmation will not be done the previous day this fiscal year.If you have video output, audio output, please be sure to ask the operator.
We will temporarily save the data to the server prepared by the academic society, but we will delete it with responsibility after completion. -
When it is announced on the bringing PC
Please follow the following caution when using your own Windows PC or announcement on Macintosh.

The type that can be brought in is limited to those equipped with mini D - sub 15 pins at the monitor output terminal. For thin type PC, output terminal specifications may be different. In that case, please bring mini D-sub 15 pin connection conversion adapter for video output.
Also, in case you can not connect with the projector, be sure to bring your USB memory with backup data created with Microsoft PowerPoint as backup.
We are not responsible for troubles due to operation / connection failure other than PC prepared by the secretariat.
※Please refrain from bringing in PCs for announcements on general subjects.

When it is announced on the bringing-in PC, it is necessary to check the connection, operation check and preview at "PC Center". Please come to "PC Center" one hour before the start of the session. Then bring your own PC to the "Operation Desk" near the next performance room in the venue by 30 minutes before the session start time and request PC connection.

At "Operation Desk", the operator is on standby, and we will check connection and operation of the brought PC. Please use the monitor, keyboard, mouse which is set on the podium at the time of presentation, and the speaker's own operation.

The same slide as the screen is displayed on the monitor on the podium, so you can not operate the PC. Your own PC will be installed on "Operations Desk", not on the podium.

Please bring AC power adapter for power outlet.

Be sure to connect the PC to be brought in to the external display and make sure that video output is possible beforehand before bringing the corresponding PC. Output can not be done with DVI or HDMI, please set the resolution to XGA (1024 × 768).

Please set the screen saver and power saving function not to operate so as to prevent the picture from being interrupted during the presentation.

About the lecture
Please comply with the following rules so that all teachers' lectures can be smoothly progressed.

The presentation time is 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for question and answer in general topic, 10 minutes in total. A red warning lamp lights up yellow one minute before the end of the lecture time (after 6 minutes) and at the end (7 minutes elapsed). Please cooperate on punctuality.

On the podium, we have installed an LCD monitor and a mouse. Please send your presentation by yourself.

Handling of personal information
